Learning Designer (1 month Contract)
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Learning Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing online courses that are informative, fun, and engaging for students. These courses will cover a range of essential competencies needed for the future—such as critical thinking, creativity, digital literacy, communication, and collaboration.
You will work closely with instructors, video editors, and our content development team to bring learning concepts to life in an engaging.
Responsibilities:

Research, design, and structure online courses based on 21st-century skills frameworks.

Develop course scripts, storyboards, and visual style directions.

Collaborate with subject-matter experts and instructors to translate complex concepts into student-friendly content.

Work with video editors to ensure final videos are aligned with instructional goals and creative vision.

Apply learning science principles to create impactful and memorable learning experiences.

Innovate ways to make courses interactive, relatable, and inspiring for high school students.
Qualifications:

Strong professional background in the education sector, with a clear understanding of what constitutes high-quality educational deliverables in both content and presentation.

Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, with extensive experience collaborating with government agencies, educational institutions, and academic experts.

Experience managing teams or cross-functional projects, preferably in a content or creative production environment.

Familiarity with the video production process (pre-production, production, post-production) is a strong plus.

Passion for education, technology, and creating engaging learning experiences.
