Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People Intern to join our People & Admin (HR) team.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people operations, employee experience, and workplace culture. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration, while contributing to initiatives that make our company a great place to work.
Responsibilities:

Support recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.

Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing welcome kits, arranging orientation sessions, and coordinating with other departments.

Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Support day-to-day HR operations, including preparing reports and handling documentation.

Assist with People & Admin projects such as learning and development, performance management, and employee wellness.

Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the People team.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive, eager to learn, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
