Product Owner
Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our product development team.
You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that business objectives are clearly translated into product features that deliver real value to customers.
Responsibilities:

Strategize and develop features for SkillLane products.

Define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities.

Ensure product aligns with company mission and goals.

Plan and prioritize product feature backlogs, bugs and development for the product Experience managing product development deliverables such as requirements gathering, user story writing, acceptance testing, and releases.

Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount tasks to work on.

Collaborate with business team, designer team, product scrum team, and other related teams to establish product timeline, workflows, and goals.

Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experiences as a Product Owner or Project Manager.

Academic Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields.

In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.

Solid understanding of the product life-cycle.

Comfortable working with multiple teams.

Understanding of and experience working with web and mobile, video streaming technology in the context of enterprise architecture and infrastructure.

Good understanding of UX design is a big plus.
