Project Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Project Manager to be a pivotal member of our Business team. In this role, you will be central to project execution, acting as a key liaison between the Business and Tech & Product teams, and managing client relationships. Your contribution will ensure seamless organizational operations, successful achievement of objectives, and maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.

Co-manage the development and tracking of project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

Jointly monitor project progress, budgets, and expenditures to ensure alignment with objectives.

Work in partnership with the team to identify, track, and develop mitigation strategies for potential project risks.

Take ownership of coordinating and scheduling project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting key outcomes and action items.

Serve as the central communication hub, driving clear and consistent dialogue between internal teams, particularly Business and Tech & Product.

Effectively translate client requirements and business needs into actionable plans for the relevant teams.

Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status, changes, and critical updates in a timely manner.

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing interactions and addressing inquiries professionally.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client partnerships.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the highest level of satisfaction is achieved.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, project manager, or a similar role.

Proven experience working in the technology industry, a startup environment, or with product development teams is highly desirable.

Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and experience in budget monitoring for projects.

Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Strong time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

A flexible, adaptive, and team-oriented mindset, coupled with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and other essential digital tools.

A strong interest, vision, or experience in the education sector or lifelong learning will be considered a significant advantage.
