Team Lead QA Engineer

Job Overview

 

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – QA Engineer to lead and mentor our quality assurance team, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards before reaching our customers.
You will be responsible for setting the QA strategy, coordinating testing activities, and collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver quality at every stage of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

​

  • As a Team leader leads, monitors, and supervises a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.

  • Team leaders motivate and inspire their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility.

  • Understand business/customer/technical requirement, Prepare Test case related to the requirement.

  • Work with customer support to understanding defect and helpful customer support to solve client’s issue.

  • Work with scrum team/product owner for creating test cases.

  • Create and design a test plan and execute on the plan.

  • Able to execute test case by manual and using an automated tool (script test).

  • Able to write automate testing

  • Contribute / notify the development team to improve code quality.

  • Establish and maintain organization/team’s culture to aware on quality level.

  • Report and analyze the issue and cooperate with the development team.

  • Analyze and cooperate with customer support team

Qualifications:

​

  • Thai nationality

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or IT related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in software testing

  • Able tool test automation (Robot Framework, Cypress)

  • Love to learn new things

  • Dive into the details and love in the quality of software.

  • Contribute to find a better make things good

  • Good time management and self-manage

  • Understand CI/CD or DevOps is an advantage.
